6. Delay of performance at the customer's request If delivery is delayed at the customer's request, the seller may charge storage costs.

§4 Delivery conditions

We deliver free of charge. Delivery is made by insured shipping via DHL. You will receive a tracking number after we have handed the package over to DHL.

Delivery takes place within 10 working days, unless otherwise stated in the description of a selected product. The products are ready for dispatch within 0 - 6 working days, depending on stock availability. The delivery time by DHL is then 2 - 4 working days.
